Welcome to East TN Mobile Notary & Signing Services. Mobile Services began in 2021 in the Hamblen County area and has expanded to services in Knox, Jefferson, Hancock, Cocke, Hawkins, Grainger, Greene, and Washington Counties in East Tennessee. In August of 2024, East TN Mobile Notary was commissioned by the state of Tennessee to offer remote secure online notary services. Our mission is to provide reliable, efficient, and accessible Mobile and Remote Online Notary services that uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
